Mathilda Paatz is one of the few women in Germany who compete in motorsport at a professional level. The 16-year-old was active in karting for several years, where she celebrated successes in the ADAC Kart Masters, the German Kart Championship, the FIA Karting Academy Trophy and the FIA Motorsport Games. Paatz has competed in the French Formula 4 Championship since 2024. The schoolgirl is an ambassador for “Women in Motorsport” and is regarded as a motorsport hopeful in Germany.
