Es ist nicht nur ihr erstes Gesamtpodium in der Formel 4, sondern auch ein Meilenstein f\u00fcr die Serie: Paatz wird zur ersten Frau \u00fcberhaupt, die es in der Geschichte der F4 CEZ auf das Gesamtpodium schafft. In allen drei Rennen f\u00e4hrt sie in die Top-Zehn und ist jeweils die beste Fahrerin im Starterfeld.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schon am Freitag setzt Paatz, die in dieser Saison f\u00fcr das eigene Team &#8222;mathilda racing&#8220; f\u00e4hrt, ein klares Zeichen. Mit schnellen und konstanten Rundenzeiten platziert sie sich in den Freien Trainings unter den besten F\u00fcnf. Der Auftakt ins Wochenende ist vielversprechend, doch das Qualifying verl\u00e4uft nicht nach Plan. Ausgerechnet auf ihrer schnellsten Runde wird sie von einer Rot-Unterbrechung gestoppt, sodass am Ende nur der zehnte Startplatz f\u00fcr das erste Rennen am Samstag herausspringt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paatz mit Raketenstart im zweiten Rennen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dort beweist Paatz K\u00e4mpferherz. Mit klarem Fokus arbeitet sie sich langsam nach vorn, ehe der schwere Unfall eines Konkurrenten das Rennen kurz vor Schluss zum vorzeitigen Ende bringt. Die Formel-4-Pilotin liegt zum Zeitpunkt des Abbruchs auf dem achten Rang, rutscht aufgrund von nachtr\u00e4glichen Zeitstrafen gegen die Konkurrenz allerdings noch auf den sechsten Platz vor. Das erweist sich als Gl\u00fccksfall, weil an diesem Wochenende der sechste Platz aufgrund der Reverse-Grid-Regelung zur Pole-Position f\u00fcr das dritte Rennen f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zun\u00e4chst zeigt Paatz im zweiten Rennen ihr Potenzial: Die K\u00f6lnerin schiebt sich mit einem Raketenstart auf die vierte Position nach vorne, bevor das Rennen aufgrund eines Startunfalls unterbrochen wird. Nach dem Restart f\u00e4hrt die 16-J\u00e4hrige clever, nutzt den Zweikampf der beiden Kontrahenten vor ihr, um sogar auf die zweite Gesamtposition durchzuschl\u00fcpfen. Dann verstrickt sich die Sch\u00fclerin in Duelle und verteidigt ihren Platz mit aller H\u00e4rte, was in der Schlussphase zu Problemen mit den Reifen f\u00fchrt. Sie kann das Tempo nicht mehr mithalten und f\u00e4llt zur\u00fcck. Schlussendlich bringt sie einen achtbaren siebten Gesamtrang ins Ziel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erstes Gesamtpodium im dritten Rennen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zum Abschluss folgt der H\u00f6hepunkt: Von der Pole-Position startet Paatz perfekt in das dritte Rennen, \u00fcbernimmt sofort die F\u00fchrung und kontrolliert das Geschehen souver\u00e4n. Auch eine Safety-Car-Phase, die ihren herausgefahrenen Vorsprung auf den Zweitplatzierten zunichtemacht, bringt sie nicht aus der Ruhe. Runde um Runde verteidigt sie ihre Spitzenposition, bleibt konzentriert und entschlossen. Erst gegen Rennende gelingt es einem routinierten Gegner, sich noch vorbeizuschieben. Doch Paatz l\u00e4sst sich trotz harter Attacken der Konkurrenz mit frischeren Reifen den zweiten Platz nicht mehr nehmen und f\u00e4hrt ihn mit beeindruckender Reife \u00fcber die Ziellinie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eWas f\u00fcr ein Wochenende! Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an richtig wohlgef\u00fchlt, konnte das Tempo der Spitze mitgehen und hatte in allen Rennen richtig viel Selbstvertrauen. Wir haben im Vergleich zu den letzten Rennen riesige Fortschritte gemacht, und ich habe mich in jeder Hinsicht gesteigert\u201c, sagt Paatz \u00fcbergl\u00fccklich und grinst entschlossen: \u201eSchade, dass es noch nicht f\u00fcr den Sieg gereicht hat \u2013 aber den hole ich mir bald!\u201c Die n\u00e4chste Chance bietet sich schon in zwei Wochen.
