Ein Zentraleinsatz durch die FFSA erm\u00f6glicht Chancengleichheit f\u00fcr alle Teilnehmer der franz\u00f6sischen Rennserie. Insgesamt absolvieren die Rookies des ADAC Formel 4 Junior Team 21 Meisterschaftsl\u00e4ufe bei sieben Events auf attraktiven und abwechslungsreichen Rennstrecken.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paatz ist die erste Frau im ADAC Formel 4 Junior Team. In ihrer Rolle f\u00fchlt sich die Nachwuchsfahrerin sehr wohl: \u201eIch freue mich auf diese Aufgabe und bin hoch motiviert. Vor allem will ich den Vorurteilen, die gegen\u00fcber Frauen im Motorsport herrschen, mit guter Leistung entgegentreten.\u201c In der vergangenen Saison fuhr die Rheinl\u00e4nderin f\u00fcr das Nachwuchsteam von Formel-1-Weltmeister Fernando Alonso in internationalen Kart-Meisterschaften.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Erste Formel-Erfahrung sammelte die 15-J\u00e4hrige bereits bei einem Wettkampf im Rahmen von \u201eFIA Girls on Track\u201c in Franciacorta (Italien). Dabei hinterlie\u00df die F\u00f6rderpilotin der ADAC Stiftung Sport einen bleibenden Eindruck und qualifizierte sich f\u00fcr das im November stattfindende Finale auf der italienischen Strecke in Fiorano Modenese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8222;M\u00f6glichst viele Erfahrungen sammeln&#8220;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den Fokus f\u00fcr ihre Premieren-Saison in der franz\u00f6sischen Formel 4 legt sie darauf, sich in der Serie zurechtzufinden. \u201eAktuell \u00fcberwiegt die Vorfreude auf mein erstes Jahr im Formel-4-Boliden. Ich mache mir selbst keinen Druck und versuche, in der ersten Saison m\u00f6glichst viele Erfahrungen zu gewinnen\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Paatz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der franz\u00f6sischen Formel-Meisterschaft pilotieren die Motorsport-Stars von morgen einen Formel-4-Boliden des Herstellers Mygale. Durch einen Zentraleinsatz mit eigenen Mechanikern und Ingenieuren sorgt der Serienbetreiber FFSA f\u00fcr Chancengleichheit. Zus\u00e4tzlich findet im Rahmen der FFSA Academy ein theoretischer Unterricht statt. Dort bereiten sich die Youngster auf die bevorstehenden Rennen vor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den Protagonisten stehen zudem umfangreiche Testm\u00f6glichkeiten vor der Saison zur Verf\u00fcgung.
